Job Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Case Worker to support community members in achieving their goals through collaborative partnerships and case management.
This role is part of The Salvation Army's Doorways program, which provides person-centred care to individuals experiencing financial crisis or hardship. Our practitioners work within a strength-based context, using holistic principles to build individual capacity, resilience, and well-being.
* A minimum qualification of Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g. Community Services Work) or significant relevant experience would be considered.
* A current NSW Employee Working with Children Check is required.
* At least one-year case work experience or extensive experience in delivering community support to those experiencing financial hardship and/or with complex needs is essential.

About The Role
This permanent, part-time (22.8 hours per week) position is based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 4.
