Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate customer-centric support.
* Demonstrated understanding of socio-economic issues affecting vulnerable communities.
* Knowledge of hardship policies and procedures.
* Ability to work with diverse groups and cultures.
