About the position This new role as our Technology Project Manager will be leading our internal software development team, supporting delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
This role has a focus on people leadership, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities Lead the software development team to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions that align with business needs.Oversee team workflow, ensuring developers are focused, resourced, and delivering to standard and on time.Support project scoping, task assignment, and progress tracking across active software development projects.Ensure clear team processes for version control, QA/testing, deployment, and maintenance.Translate business problems into technical requirements and work with the team to design and implement them.Provide technical coaching and professional development support to developers, including performance check-ins.
What we're seeking Demonstrated experience in software development, with a strong grasp of modern programming practices and tools.Strong proven experience leading or managing a development team.Strong understanding of version control systems, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver outcomes to agreed timelines.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
