About The Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you'll support the success of ACOR, both locally and on a national level.
We are seeking applications for our 2026 Graduate program from Civil Engineering graduates who would like to be part of our Water Services Consultancy (WSC) Team
You'll join an established team and be an active contributor to projects spanning defence, social infrastructure (health, education, justice, community), government, mixed-use, commercial, retail and multi-residential developments. In addition to hands on training, you'll join colleagues on our formal graduate development program which aims to grow and develop your career by offering additional training and development tools to understand how to be a successful consulting engineer.
While each day is different you can expect to:
* Work with established engineers to understand project scopes and deliverables
* Develop design projects or components of projects through all phases of design development
* Attend client meetings alongside senior engineers as ACOR representation in project design meetings with external stakeholders
* Participate in design and safety reviews and risk assessments

Skills And Experience
We're looking for:
* Recent, relevant engineering qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* An interest in engineering design and project management
* High level of organisational skills

ACOR's WSC Team is looking for a Graduate who is available for an immediate start. Current Graduates and Undergraduates who graduate prior to 2026 Graduate Program commencement will be considered. Our Graduate Program commences in February 2026.
