Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff at the International Institute of Education. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks, and a strong understanding of the international education sector. The Receptionist will ensure that all visitors receive a warm welcome and that the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the institution and its courses.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.

**Communication**:

- Maintain professional communication with students, staff, and external parties.
- Assist in disseminating information to students and staff through various communication channels.
- Escalate calls and information to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

**Technical Skills**:

- Utilize computer systems effectively, including both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for data entry, reporting, and communication tasks.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.

Qualifications and Skills:
**Education and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in the education sector.
- Familiarity with the international education sector and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ESOS Act 2000, National Code 2018) is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Application Process:
Pay: $49,218.34 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
