Hunter Valley, NSW (DIDO)
* 3–4 month contract
* $70–$80/hr + super
About The Role
We're seeking a Maintenance Planner with with CHPP or fixed plant experience to support a key mining operation in the Hunter Valley region, located within 1 hour of Muswellbrook. This is a 3–4 month contract, suited to a local or DIDO-based candidate (no camp or FIFO available).
In this planner/scheduler style role, you'll manage weekly planning and scheduling of work orders using Pulse, coordinating with supervisors, trades, and supply teams to ensure labour and materials align with the schedule.

What you'll do: Key responsibilities…
* Plan and schedule weekly CHPP/fixed plant maintenance activities
* Use Pulse maintenance system to plan and track weekly tasks
* Coordinate availability of labour, materials, and plant access
* Collaborate with maintenance, stores, and operational teams
* Monitor plan progress and adjust for emergent work
* Communicate scheduling priorities to supervisors and trades
What we're looking for: About you…
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler
* Experience planning CHPP or fixed plant maintenance
* Familiarity with Pulse CMMS preferred
* Strong coordination and time management skills
* Experience working in a mining or heavy industrial environment
* Local to the Hunter Valley region or DIDO within 1 hour of Muswellbrook
* Must have the right to work in Australia
