In this customer‑facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients and assisting in the overall operations of our boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience.
What you'll be doing
* Providing friendly, attentive, and personalised customer service
* Assisting customers with product selection and styling advice
* Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
* Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy
* Participating in inventory management and stock control
* Supporting the team in achieving sales targets
What we're looking for
* Strong previous experience in a fashion industry
* Minimum 3+ years of fashion industry experience required
* High‑end retail experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
* A keen eye for fashion and an understanding of current trends
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
