As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

* Roll out the red carpet of hospitality to every guest from check-in to check-out
* Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration

* Manage reservations and guest accounts with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements and Skills:
* Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly valued

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Availability to work varied shifts including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays as required
