We're looking for a driven Business Development / Sales Representative to help expand our client base and bring in new projects.
This is a commission-based role with a highly competitive percentage structure, offering strong earning potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Generate leads and convert them into projects
* Collaborate with our design team to align client needs with our services
About You
* Proven experience in sales or business development
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self‐motivated and results‐driven
* Experience in architecture, design, construction, or property is highly regarded
* Existing network (builders, developers, or homeowners) is a plus
