Role Title: Project Manager
Working arrangement: On-site position, working across standard business hours
Reporting to: Head of Projects

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and execution of early phase clinical trial projects
- Lead the initial meeting with clients to develop plan for how their IMP manufacturing will be carried out
- Responsible for project adherence to timelines, budgets to product dispatch
- Writing batch records and specifications, drafting labels
- Shelf-life determination and management
- Resource management – Material sourcing and procurement using an ERP system
- Carrying out risk management, supporting QA investigations
- Client engagement, liaising, and management – Providing updates, communicating milestones, general clinical trial project consulting
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Bachelor of Science or related
- Experience in a similar hands-on role within clinical trial management across phase I to III
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high technical aptitude
- Strong working experience in a GMP regulated environment – Proven experience working in environments that are accredited by the regulatory bodies (TGA, FDA)
- Ability to work under significant pressure | Well-versed with thriving within a busy manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Permanent resident visa or Australian citizenship
