Purpose Of The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager who loves the buzz of working with iconic brands and bringing creative projects to life. Working with some of Australia's biggest FMCG and liquor brands, you'll be responsible for moving client projects through our team from concept to delivery. Overseeing projects end‐to‐end, you'll work alongside the Account Director to establish and grow strong relationships built on a foundation of trust and expertise with both new and existing clients.
This role relies on an astute attention to detail, thorough understanding of process dependencies and tenacious work ethic - all working to bring concepts to life that will live on in thousands of stores both nationwide and in global markets.
Responsibilities
* Support the Account Director in daily client service activities such as email, text, online and in person meetings as well as document and resource management.
* Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact regarding project progression and proactively delivering solutions before their need is realised.
* Work closely with the Account Director to help deliver sales targets across both existing and new business.
* Assertively manage projects through our team - from initial client brief through to design, production and final delivery - coordinating feedback and approvals as required and adapting the process as required to meet strategic goals as aligned with the Account Director.
* Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for the design team and ensure projects are delivered to brief, on time and on budget.
* Prepare presentations, concepts, budget trackers, timelines and other client‐facing materials to support smooth project delivery.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage WIP updates and keep communication flowing across clients, designers and suppliers.
* Oversee each stage of the design and production process, ensuring a high standard of quality, detail and execution throughout.
* Attend client meetings, presentations, store visits and installations as required, providing hands‐on support and representing the Dot Design brand professionally.
* Bring a strong eye for detail across branding, layout, finishes and overall customer experience, ensuring all work feels considered and on brand.
* Act as a true project lead and advocate for quality, confidently speaking up when something can be improved or needs refining before it reaches the client.
* Champion both the client experience and end‐user experience, ensuring every project delivers strong creative impact and commercial value.

* 2+ years' experience in FMCG, retail marketing, creative agency or a similar environment
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, with Adobe Suite experience an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
