The Role

* Coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve KPIs.
* Foster a collaborative, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support.
* Manage the end-to-end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy.
* Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices.
About You
* A confident people leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for success.
* Experienced in retail or sales leadership - ideally in interiors or building products.
* Skilled at coaching teams, managing priorities, and supporting others to reach their potential.
* Organised, adaptable, and proactive when handling multiple tasks.
* Strong communicator who leads by example and builds trust.
* Available to work a Tue - Sat roster.
