About the Opportunity
This role provides high-level executive, administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Director, Rescue & Special Operations, as well as broader support across the Special Operations Unit (SOU). You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex diaries, correspondence, briefing papers and reports, while coordinating meetings and the Associate Directors priorities. Operating in a confidential and high-pressure environment, you will ensure the efficient functioning of the Unit and support critical operational and strategic activities via strong administrative support.

You thrive in a fast-paced, confidential environment and enjoy supporting senior leaders through high-level administrative and executive support. You are highly organised, adaptable, proactive and confident working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
You bring:
* Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential correspondence, records and data accurately.
* Clear and professional written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Advanced administrative and keyboard skills, including word processing, presentations, spreadsheets and database use.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Highly developed office management skills, including meeting coordination, managing agendas, minute-taking and preparing presentations.
* Strong computer literacy across the Microsoft Office suite and experience using records management systems such as inReach, Content Manager and other platforms used within NSW Ambulance is desirable, however, not essential.
Essential criteria to apply:
* Minimum 2 years (full-time) administration experience.
* The ability to work at the primary location of employment (Sydney Olympic Park).
