We're recruiting now for a full-time HVAC Estimator to join a well-established national contractor delivering across critical infrastructure, defence, healthcare, and commercial environments.
This role will see you preparing competitive and accurate tenders for a range of installation and service projects. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure scope, specs, and pricing align for success.
* $110k - $150k + Super (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (install & service)
* Interpret drawings, specs, and client requirements
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to price materials and labour
* Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and internal teams for tender submissionsTrack project costs and assist with handover to delivery teams
* Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
* Estimating experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or building services
* Knowledge of ducted systems, chilled water, VRF, and mechanical plant
* Strong understanding of Australian standards and codes
* Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
* Proficient with estimating software and ExcelExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
