Market and sales analysis (Australia and New Zealand) for internal parties including Managing Director, Sales team, Finance team, and Marketing team.
Liaise with the Sales and FP&A team regarding revisions of box office estimates, pre- and weekend opening reports, and release dates.
Responsible for meeting studio & industry reporting requirements and deadlines (MPDAA).
Prepare territory and title level forecasts for both UPI and Warner Bros. (Australia & New Zealand) / reporting requirements.
Assess accuracy of local territory estimates via over / under spends analysis and comparative information.
Ensure studio reporting systems (Magic & Dash) correctly reflect latest financials & release dates.
Ensure Sales systems (Unify) are correctly capturing and transmitting all booking and box office information, including transmission to/from third-party & internal programs.
Maintain competitive release schedule and film fact information.
Prepare pre-release estimates and post-release profit and loss reports in consultation with Home Entertainment and Television divisions.
Support the H/O and regional FP&A teams with integration of eOne and other ad hoc requests.
Responsible for monthly financial reporting to external and internal parties such as Head Office, eOne, Warner Bros.
Assist the Finance team with month, quarter, and year-end responsibilities.
Facilitate external audit reporting requirements and inquiries regarding box office and revenue.
Responsible for setup of WBS for all UPI titles, including eOne and Warner Bros titles.
Perform all other tasks as allocated by the Group Financial Controller, Finance & Sales Directors.

* Strong understanding of financial and business analysis skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly proficient in Excel.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting the business with appropriate analytical information.
* Ability to work in a fast, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities and ensuring completeness/accuracy of all estimates.
* Media experience is an advantage.
* Must be enthusiastic and have a passion for movies.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Must have the right to work in Australia, with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
* Demonstrated experience supporting the business with data and analysis.
