Key responsibilities will include:
* Help GM with planning, coordinating and managing production schedules.
* Daily team set up and organization of approx 2-3 staff members.
* Oversee bottling operations.
* Assessing resourcing requirements.
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
* Negotiations timelines and resources as necessary as required.
* Ongoing relations with suppliers and customers.
* Supervising and mentoring staff.
* Stock procurement and stock taking.
* Lead in hands on production.
* Onsite training for new and existing employees.
* Uphold McGrath fine foods & Greenstreat core values.
What you'll need:
* To be Organised, logical, deadline-driven and with an ability to see the big picture.
* A great attitude.
* Previous experience managing and leading teams preferred.
* Ability to own situations and make decisions in high pressure situations.
* This role is a hands on position requiring manual lifting at times.
