Accounts Payable Specialist
Are you passionate about numbers and enjoy working with financial data? We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic, fast paced team. This part-time role is worked across 5 days per week with flexible schedule, making it ideal for someone seeking school friendly hours. Based at our head office in West Perth, the office is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from Leederville train station.
The Role
As an integral part of our small and efficient team your responsibilities will include:
* Supplier invoice processing
* Sending invoices for approval
* Reconciling supplier invoice statements
* Preparing payment batches
* Other duties as required
The Candidate
We require someone with extensive accounts payable experience and the ability to take on responsibility for a portfolio of work. You should be competent with Outlook, PDFs and have good general computer literacy. We are looking for someone who can manage the flow of invoices through the steps in our approval process and has the competency to resolve issues. This role requires the ability to review your own work as much as prepare it. Excellent communication skills and positive computer literacy are a must.
