This post is being advertised as a secondment opportunity for two years. If you are interested in this post as a secondment from your current role, you would need agreement from your line manager, and we would ask that you have a conversation with them before applying to ensure that you can be released.

You will be required to lead the service in any future expansion in line with local and national policy, by using your experience in managing and working within multi-disciplinary teams and the input of service users to guide future change.

The post holder will have experience in teaching and education within the field of practice and will be required to work with the trust's research department in undertaking research within the role and their clinical practice.
