Join to apply for the Sourcing and Supplier Manager role at Launch Recruitment.The role is to support the Head of with all procurement and supplier management activities within the organisation, ensuring scalability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and optimal customer outcomes.Role ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Third Party Risk management support teams, taking responsibility for final third-party risk management outcomes and decisions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and fostering collaboration.Ensure compliance with group policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Contribute to continuous improvement, including enhancement of processes, tools, and systems to enrich the customer journey.Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring market conditions, emerging technologies, and supply chain innovations.Monitor and report on key sourcing and supplier management metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive performance.Develop, implement, and manage quarterly business reviews and performance metrics with key distributors and suppliers.Drive automation and propose automation strategies to improve risk management, optimise commercials, and deliver frictionless stakeholder outcomes.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or commercial support roles.Recognised expertise in supplier relationship management and procurement services, with proven ability to strategically partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to foster strong relationships and apply influencing skills to achieve positive outcomes.Familiar with third-party risk management frameworks and procurement services; desirable experience includes claims partner management exposure.Please reach out to Jaz if you would like to find out more: (email protected) or call 0421 881 268.
