About Us

Health Partners is South Australia's largest open health insurer, providing cover to over 90,000 people. For 85 years, we've been on South Australia's side — making it easier for locals to access the healthcare and support they need while giving back to the communities we call home.

As a proud not-for-profit, we're guided by doing what's right for our members, our people, and the broader community. No matter how we grow, our focus remains the same: helping South Australians live in a better state of health.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, collaborative and systems-savvy Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

As a people-focused team member, you will play an integral role in supporting the People & Culture function and ensuring the seamless delivery of services across the employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, loves optimising systems, and takes pride in accuracy and compliance. You will be a key custodian of our HR systems, particularly Employment Hero, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordination of employee documentation and correspondence
* Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
* Maintaining and optimising internal HR systems, with a strong focus on Employment Hero

* Preparing reporting and workforce data insights as required
* Reviewing, updating and drafting policies and procedures
* Supporting Business Partners and the wider People & Culture team
* Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems
* Providing WHS administrative support

About You

You're highly organised, detail-oriented and take genuine pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly and people feel supported.

Importantly, you are an Employment Hero superstar; confident navigating the platform, maintaining data accuracy, supporting payroll processes, and leveraging system functionality to improve efficiency and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

* Strong administrative or coordination experience, ideally within HR or People & Culture
* Demonstrated hands-on experience using Employment Hero
* Confidence supporting payroll processes within HR systems
* Experience maintaining data integrity and compliance in HR platforms
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Experience with Culture Amp (highly regarded)

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or Administration will be highly regarded. However, substantial HR systems and coordination experience will be equally valued.

What's on Offer

* Paid parental leave
* Allowance on your private health insurance premium
* Discounted sunglasses
* Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
* Access to internal and external learning opportunities
* Volunteer days with partner charities
* Employee Assistance Program for you and your family
