We're looking for a CX Business Consultant (CXBC) to grow our presence across Greater Melbourne. If you're passionate about skincare, injectables and the aesthetics market, and ready to grow with a company that rewards initiative and performance, we'd love to meet you.

Your Role: Business Consultant

As a CXBC, you'll represent our advanced skincare and aesthetics portfolio to a growing network of beauty clinics, dermatologists, doctors and injecting nurses. This is a hybrid role combining sales, training, education, and business development. You'll play a key role in helping professionals build their business, and yours.

What You'll Do:

* Promote and sell CX's injectables, skincare and aesthetics range across your assigned Victorian territory.
* Build long-term relationships with clinics and practitioners through our "client-first" approach.
* Identify new opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and referrals.
* Execute a consistent 4-week call cycle and provide ongoing in-clinic support and training.
* Represent our brands at events, training workshops, and industry conferences.

What You'll Bring:

* 3+ years' experience in injectables, skincare, and aesthetics
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Passion for injectables and skincare with a proven ability to influence and educate others
* CRM and Microsoft Office experience
* Self-starter mindset and the drive to grow your territory
* Valid driver's license and comfort travelling locally for client visits
