An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded lawyer to join a modern and growing commercial/property practice during a significant period of expansion. This role is ideal for a mid-level lawyer looking for genuine autonomy, high quality work and long term career progression within a supportive and forward thinking environment. With the acquisition of another property and commercial practice on the horizon, it is an excellent time to come on board and play a key role in the firm’s continued growth. Working closely with an experienced practitioner with a strong mid-tier background, you will gain exposure to a broad mix of commercial and property matters, including: Sale and purchase of business transactions Commercial and retail leasing matters Property and conveyancing transactions Commercial advisory work Matters involving real estate agencies and business brokers The practice services longstanding referral relationships and offers strong quality work without the bureaucracy often associated with larger firms. This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who is confident managing their own files, takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and supervise conveyancing clerks as the team continues to expand. The firm operates with a predominantly remote working model and embraces modern systems and AI-driven technology, making it an excellent fit for someone who values flexibility and innovation in practice.
