We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile enterprise initiative focused on modernising core management systems. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major transformation programme, improving user experiences, streamlining processes, and enabling the delivery of targeted enhancements across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyse, and validate business needs across complex operational processes. Translate requirements into actionable artefacts, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models. Collaborate closely with product owners, delivery leads, architects, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and prioritised. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other agile delivery activities, ensuring work items are ready and well understood. Facilitate workshops and structured discussions with diverse stakeholders across business, professional, and IT domains. Contribute to solution design by ensuring proposed changes align with business outcomes, organisational constraints, and strategic direction. Support traceability, impact assessment, and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements. Ideal Candidate Strong experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, delivery-ready requirements. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with agile delivery practices and backlog management. Experience contributing to enterprise-scale transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
