Position Overview:
As a Contracts Administrator reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will manage the end-to-end commercial aspects of large subcontracts and self-performed works across Australia. You will collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Lead contract review, execution, and compliance monitoring.
Scope Preparation: Develop scopes of work and tender packages.
Prequalification: Assess interested companies for project packages.
Procurement Oversight: Ensure timely and budget‑compliant procurement processes.
Negotiations: Conduct and manage subcontractor negotiations aligned with project risk management.
Subcontractor Management: Maintain a register of subcontractors and oversee key data in relation to subcontract. Ensure that the Subcontractor's Scope of Works are enforced and adhered to during the execution of the Works.
Variation Claims: Evaluation and preparation of formal response to subcontractor's notice(s) of delay, extension of time claims, variation claims in a professional manner.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess contractual risks and liabilities, implementing risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect project interests and assets.
Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes or major claims with subcontractors. Evaluation and preparation of formal response to subcontractor's notice(s) of delay, extension of time claims, variation claims in a professional manner.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to contracts, procurement policies, and legal requirements.
Vendor Management: Foster positive relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and updates on contract status, performance, and key metrics for project management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Undertake general business administration.
Minimum 3-5 years of contracts administration experience is required.
