The Role
This role is rostered across Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times. By applying, you’re confirming your availability to work across these days. As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store management team by leading your department to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising and visual standards, and drive sales results. You will coach and develop your team to deliver great in-store experiences.
As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
- Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a service-over-task environment
- Actively gain, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for your department
- Support management to improve financial performance within your department
- Work with back-of-house to ensure product availability
- Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry
- Passion for delivering an amazing service experience
- Positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating environment for the team
- Excellent time management to ensure daily priorities are executed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social settings and engages with customers and team members
