Laundy Hotels are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at Park House Food & Liquor located in Mona Vale.

Park House, rising from the ruins of the Mona Vale Hotel, is a multipurpose dining and social space, dramatically reimagined to match the neighbourhood's exciting evolution in the heart of the Northern Beaches.

The name, inspired by the Park Street location, captures our vision: an open-door, feel-right-at-home social space the community can call its own, reflecting Mona Vale's hefty food, drink and creative credentials.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the General Manage, as the Operations Manager at Park House, you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Assist in the leadership of a dynamic and motivated team of bar, retail and venue managers
- Oversee all operational requirements of the business in conjunction with bar and venue managers, including marketing, security, compliance, maintenance and cash management
- Manage and deliver business financial objectives and report on these to the General Manager
- Deliver HR requirements including recruitment, training and mentoring, performance & more
- Overseeing development of service offerings and continuous product improvement
- Driving marketing strategy and operations of venue marketing and product promotions
- Create and instill a culture of service excellence from staff leaving the customer 'wanting more'

**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Proven excellence in Operations and/or Venue Management in a large capacity venue
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of financial and operational management
- Excellence and knowledge in food, beverage and customer experience
- Brings creative passion and ideas for marketing and continuous product improvement
- Ability to share your knowledge, manage and motivate
- Immaculate presentation paralleled with service delivery excellence
- Excellent communication and leadership skills - can inspire and influence
