Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager to join our Private Clients team.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a reputable accounting firm, preferably with a Big 4 background.
* Key responsibilities include preparing special purpose financial statements and analysing results for clients.
* The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of legal and taxation issues associated with various structures such as companies, trusts and self-managed super funds.
* Prepare accurate income tax returns and business activity statements.
* Utilise advanced accounting software packages to manage client finances efficiently.
* Develop and present periodic management accounts for clients.
* Conduct research and provide basic tax advice on complex taxation matters.
* Draft professional correspondence for key managerial staff within our client base.
