* Be the welcoming face of our office—manage reception, calls, inbox and client visits
* Coordinate meetings, catering and travel; keep spaces and supplies in top shape
* Provide engineering & project support: proposals, tenders, reports and project records
* Liaise with our central Accounts team on invoicing, receipting and client billing queries
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team events and internal initiatives
* Contribute to continuous improvement in our Business Support systems and processes
* Champion WHS by maintaining a safe, tidy workplace

The Candidate You will have access to many opportunities within Northrop and with our support we will help you to develop your career and make it happen. Applications are sought from candidates who meet the following attributes:

* Proficient computer skills.
* Strong Excel and Word experience.
* Working as a team.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Professional personal presentation.
* Demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in all work matters.
* Strong accountability and reliability.
* Ensure that all requirements and commitments are met in accordance with procedures.
* High attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication and a polished phone manner
* Initiative and great time-management—you thrive when working both independently and with remote teammates
* A positive, solutions-focused mindset and the professionalism to handle sensitive information

What does working at Northrop look like to you?

At Northrop we understand that the key to success is our people. Together we are creating a workplace that values an inclusive culture. We are proud of our family feel and collaborative working environment.

* Benchmarked salary package with annual salary reviews.
* Paid parental leave (primary carer, maternity and partner leave).
* Salary income protection insurance.
* We offer alternative public holiday leave for those needing to substitute another day for a public holiday to celebrate a religious belief, etc.
