About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a local Newcastle building insurance company who require additional support due to recent weather‐related events. This opportunity suits candidates with strong customer service experience and administration skills, who are open to temporary roles with the potential to transition to permanent employment.
The Role
* Managing high‐volume inbound calls from customers and stakeholders
* Communicating with contractors and insureds to engage all trades and schedule repairs
* Claims‐related data entry and system updates
* Booking appointments and coordinating follow‐ups
* General administrative and processing support
About You
* Ideally have exposure to general insurance, claims, or financial services
* Can provide clear, empathetic customer service
* Are resilient, calm under pressure, and confident in communicating with customers
* Have call centre or high‐volume customer service experience
* Learn systems quickly and can hit the ground running
