Reporting to the General Manager, your role involves overseeing the performance of the service and parts department. Key responsibilities include meeting financial, customer, manufacturer, and dealership targets, driving efficiency within the business, managing and coaching the team, working closely with other internal departments, and reporting where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations in the service and parts departments.
* Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered.
* Experience mentoring, leading, and helping teams meet KPIs.
* Meet owner requirements.
About You:
* Previous experience as a Fixed Operations Manager or Service Manager in an Automotive workshop within the past 5 years, considering Assistant Service Managers looking to advance.
* Proven track record of achieving KPIs and customer satisfaction while managing teams.
* Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
