We're looking for an experienced Senior Dental Assistant to join our team in a key role helping manage and coordinate the clinical side of the practice.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is ready to step into a senior role supporting the clinical team and helping coordinate the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

What You'll Get to Do
* Assist in a wide range of dental procedures including CEREC, implants, restorative dentistry, and endodontics.
* Help manage the clinical area, ensuring surgeries are stocked, organised, and running efficiently.
* Assist with ordering clinical supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Coordinate sterilisation processes and equipment maintenance schedules.
* Support the team by helping ensure smooth surgery changeovers and efficient workflows.
* Work alongside a supportive team in a modern, well-equipped dental clinic.
Your Role
* Work chairside with our dentists during a variety of procedures.
* Help oversee the day-to-day organisation of the clinical area.
* Ensure surgeries are prepared, stocked, and running efficiently.
* Assist with ordering and monitoring clinical supplies.
* Support sterilisation protocols and maintain high infection control standards.
* Help guide and support other team members when needed to keep the clinic running smoothly.

* Solid experience as a Dental Assistant.
* Organised and proactive, with the ability to keep things running smoothly.
* Takes pride in maintaining high clinical standards and efficiency.
* Enjoys being part of a supportive and positive team environment.
* Friendly, reliable, and comfortable communicating with both patients and team members.
* Experience with four-handed dentistry and modern dental workflows is highly valued.
