You will provide **high quality care** and support services in accordance with the **individual needs** and wishes of each older person and, in doing so, you will enable them to remain living at home independently. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide **excellent customer service**. You will follow the tasks as directed per the Support Plan, such as personal care, general housekeeping and assistance. The role is to deliver services with **compassion, integrity and dignity**.
