To provide a range of building and maintenance services to Randwick Campus Hospitals and offsite facilities to enable them to achieve their objectives in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria:
* A trade certificate in carpentry or joinery and demonstrated experience in the field of carpentry maintenance/renovation in residential or commercial environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for building, fabric, fittings and fixtures
* Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in regards to repairs and maintenance works
* Ability to use computer software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with local procedures
* Ability to work evenings and weekends based on the demands of the service
* Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and practises
* Current Motor Vehicle Drivers License and a Construction Induction Card (white card). Current First Aid Certificate is preferred but not essential
