Aboriginal Senior Client Service Officer Role
The Senior Client Service Officer plays a critical role in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients with complex needs by providing tailored advice and addressing their housing and support needs. This role also focuses on mentoring and guiding client service teams to deliver efficient, quality client-centred services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address complex tenancy issues, neighbourhood disputes, and breaches.
* Oversee key processes such as client transfers, arrears, and optimising workflow to deliver quality business performance.
* Manage client accounts, applications, and rental subsidies to ensure timely processing and compliance in line with policies.
* Proactively seek opportunities to uplift team capability.
