The role of a Bell Services Attendant is a vital part of creating memorable moments for our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests and assist with their arrival and departure to ensure a smooth experience
* Provide helpful information about hotel facilities and services
* Assist with luggage handling and personal belongings using provided training and equipment
* Support the operation of valet parking services, including driving guest vehicles with confidence
About You:
We are seeking warm, caring individuals who possess strong organisation skills and can multitask effectively. A current Australian C-class driver's license is required as well as flexibility across seven days (including weekends). Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
