**About the role**:
- Management of the production team to ensure they are maintaining a high level of OH&S
- Monitor and manage supplier risk, compliance and performance.
- Create, implement, manage and review a comprehensive management strategy for consumables.
- A personable manager who can successfully manage the team and ensure the safety of their staff onsite.
**About you**:
- You are a people manager at heart with experience guiding a Production Team - you enjoy mentoring, guiding, and contributing to the professional development of those around you.
- You are not afraid to pull your sleeves up to assist your team where you can.
- Experience working within the Food Production Industry.
- Basic Machine Operating knowledge.
