Your role is pivotal. From welcoming patients with a smile, supporting the clinicians with high professionalism, helping with the clinical operations, to being a key person in our team - every day is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression.
* Lead the practice managing rosters, overseeing the practice operations
* Managing the small team
* Dental Assistant and Reception duties with a smile
* Friendly calls to patients for appointments
* Administration
* Assist our clinicians and friendly team
* Preparation of the surgery
* Cleaning and sterilisation
* Supporting the clinicians in surgery
* Preparation of lab work
About you:-
* A Receptionist / Dental Assistant trained in surgery
* Keen to be a leader
* High regard for following infection control procedures
* Proficient with practice management software preferred but not essential
* Possess high empathy and have a patient centric approach
* Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive working style - most importantly a sense of fun and team spirit
