Sales Enablement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing capability development for our sales team.
About the Role
As part of our journey to build a world-class sales organization, we require a Sales Enablement Specialist with 3+ years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to hardware or deep tech.
Main Responsibilities
* Design and implement tailored enablement journeys across multiple sales roles, including for Sales Managers
* Develop and launch a product certification program for internal sales teams
* Conduct needs assessments and build targeted training programs focused on soft and technical sales skills
* Deliver hands-on enablement sessions and training (in-person and virtual)
* Maintain and optimise content repositories and enablement platforms
* Scale internal content for channel partners such as agents and resellers
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and subject matter experts
* Track and analyse enablement impact through metrics and post-training feedback
* Identify and introduce cost-effective digital learning tools and formats
Key Skills and Attributes
* Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC)
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace
* Experience with digital content creation (videos, e-learning, podcasts)
* Sales enablement certification (e.g., Sales Enablement Collective, ATD) is a plus
