Qualifications & experience
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Client centric focus
Tasks & responsibilities
Case management of clients with physical and/or psychological injury/illness
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on recovery and return to work
Conduct a wide range of assessments, including Initial Needs Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Functional Assessments, Activities of Daily Living, etc
Attend Medical Case Conferences with various specialists/health practitioners
Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Employers, Insurers and Brokers
