We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Geelong, VIC.
* As a key member of our leadership team, you will have direct responsibility for leading and coaching a team of up to 15 team members.
* You will drive the Ghanda values with your store team, maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaise with stock allocators and work independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
About You
* We are looking for someone with demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* You should be customer-focused, nail the fundamentals, and take retail seriously.
* A similar experience in a retail/hospitality role is preferred, but not essential – at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
