About the Role:
PLN Projects is a leading project management consultancy with extensive experience delivering successful outcomes for asset owners, developers, and financiers across various property and construction sectors.
The company provides core services in project advisory, development management, programming, and asset optimization.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our North Queensland division on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Director, you will join a highly skilled, collaborative team to deliver some of the region's most significant construction projects.
Our diverse portfolio spans health, aviation, university, independent schools, aged care, social housing and industrial sectors.
Current project roles include development management, early design/project management, delivery phase administration/superintendency, and general capital works planning and advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven client-side project management expertise (preferably in building construction)
* Strategic thinking and solutions-focused mindset to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and aligned with organisational objectives
* Strong track record of successful project delivery, including major capital works, in live, operational or sensitive environments
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
* High-level knowledge of WHS requirements, construction legislation, risk management and compliance frameworks
* Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
