Synopsis
Haileybury welcomes applications for the role of ICT Support Technician to join our ICT Department. This is a Full-Time, Ongoing (1.0 FTE), commencing as soon as possible.
The ICT Support Technician will play a key role in providing essential frontline IT support services to students, staff, and parents, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues, and maintaining smooth operations across all user groups.
Key Responsibilities
As the ICT Support Technician, you will:
* Support and Maintenance: Provide end-to-end IT support for users and equipment, ensuring operational continuity and adhering to the latest ITIL standards. Manage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the IT asset database.
* Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional technical support with professionalism and empathy to parents, students, and staff. Proactively meet academic staff's technical needs and maintain positive user experiences across the school community.
* Proactive Monitoring and Improvement: Utilize monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact users. Continuously improve ICT services to enhance sustainability and efficiency within the organisation.
About you
* Minimum 2+ years of end-user support experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and Apple iOS device management.
* Certified in Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate and CompTIA A+ is an advantage.
* Familiarity with current protocols, operating systems, and IT standards.
* Customer service-oriented with strong prioritisation skills, effective communication, self-motivated team player capable of independent work in a small team.
