Maternal and Child Health Nurse
(7 days per fortnight) – Permanent Part‐Time.
Nurse Yr 2 EBA 2020 – $126,289.54 EFT per annum (pro rata) + super + applicable allowances.
Location: Collingwood.

Responsibilities
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of families, communities, and colleagues.
* Provide high quality, family‐centred care from the perinatal period through to school age.
* Work according to the Maternal and Child Health Program Guidelines.
* Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, seeking clarification when necessary.
* Contribute to the team effectively, add value to team activities and encourage a supportive team environment.
* Hold a current driver's licence.
Opportunities
* Join an innovative Maternal and Child Health team that is part of the Family, Youth and Children's Services branch.
* Work within an integrated Family Services unit; collaborating closely with Integrated Family Services, Supported Playgroups, Immunisation, and other Allied Health Professionals.
* Experience working in both integrated community hubs and standalone MCH centres, as well as in an outreach capacity.

Desirable
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with Child First/Orange Door and Child Protection.
