We are seeking highly motivated and professional Executive Assistants to support our Directors, Mayor and Councillors in delivering strategic and operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, confidential executive and administrative support
* Manage correspondence, briefings, diary coordination and stakeholder engagement
* Facilitate communication and coordination across Council Executives, Councillors and Staff
* Support the development of reports and recommendations aligned with Council's Strategic Plan
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications in business administration or extensive experience in executive support within local government or public service
* A current NSW Class C Drivers Licence
* A strong understanding of the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Advanced written communication and document preparation capabilities
* High IT literacy, including proficiency in Office 365
* A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to managing competing priorities
