About the Role
Commencing as a Sales Administrator, you'll spend your first six months gaining a deep understanding of the business and its operations. You'll work closely with key internal departments, developing a well-rounded understanding of how each area contributes to overall success.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to the Sales team
Liaising with customers regarding orders, product information, and service queries
Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate data entry
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Administration teams to ensure smooth operations
Gaining in-depth product knowledge and understanding customer needs
Building a solid foundation to transition into the Supply Chain Department after your six-month probation
About You
