About the Role -
Commencing as a Sales Administrator, you'll spend your first six months gaining a deep understanding of the business and its operations. You'll work closely with key internal departments, developing a well-rounded understanding of how each area contributes to overall success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the Sales team
* Liaising with customers regarding orders, product information, and service queries
* Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate data entry
* Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Administration teams to ensure smooth operations
* Gaining in-depth product knowledge and understanding customer needs
* Building a solid foundation to transition into the Supply Chain Department after your six-month probation
