About your role: * Deliver high level Allied Health services which include assessment, treatment, education and evidence-based interventions in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards. * Apply professional judgement to a complex and varied caseload working to full scope for youth mental health consumers with complex medical and social issues, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence in line with health service policies. * Identify, initiate and lead the implementation and evaluation of quality improvement activities that enhance service delivery, support the continuum of care and where possible, contribute to the development of evidence based approaches within Allied Health. * Utilise high level Psychology/Social Work or Occupational Therapy clinical skills to identify and contribute to evidence based clinical practice and the development of procedures and methods to improve the delivery of Allied Health services, with a focus on youth mental health.
