Senior ServiceNow Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in the design, development, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with system administration, workflow management, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
* System Administration: Expert-level administration, design, development, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
* Design & Development: Customise ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
* Implementation: Deploy workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
* Platform Maintenance: Manage upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
* Workflow Management: Develop and administer workflows and catalogue items.
* Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and ensure platform stability.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
* Reporting & Documentation: Create dashboards and maintain detailed documentation.
* Training & Support: Provide training and knowledge sharing to internal teams.
Technical Skills
* Experience with the HRSD module and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
* Strong knowledge of CMDB and ITIL processes.
* Performance tuning and troubleshooting expertise.
* Understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and role-based access control.
* Familiarity with SQL and version control systems (e.g., Git).
