Despite its growth, The Personnel Group remains committed to its founding values of relationship-building, equity, and inclusion, aiming to create a fairer and more equal world through innovation and integrated services.RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and empathetic In Work Mentor to support our customers in the post-placement phase of their employment journey through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.
This role is key to ensuring sustainable employment outcomes by providing tailored support, engaging with employers, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Location and travelThis is a full-time role based in Wangaratta.
Travel to Lavington will be required to support customer and employer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all customers in the In Work phase of IEA servicingProvide place-based and office-based support to ensure employment sustainabilityDevelop and implement tailored Workplace Assessment Support PlansEngage with employers and service partners to support customer retentionCollaborate with internal teams and external services to ensure holistic supportPromote and apply inclusive workplace practices, including reasonable adjustmentsMonitor servicing requirements and manage claim submissionsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IEA standardsMentor customers to navigate workplace challenges and build confidenceRepresent Personnel Employment with professionalism and a customer-first approachWhat You'll BringExperience in mentoring, employment services, or post-placement supportStrong understanding of inclusive workplace practices and IEA servicing phasesExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently across geographic locationsStrong administrative and documentation capabilitiesPassion for supporting individuals in achieving sustainable employment outcomesCompliance-ready: NDIS Worker Clearance, Police Check, Working with Children CheckCurrent Driver's LicenceWhy work with us?
