Bar Team Leader Role Overview
* Lead and motivate a dynamic bar team through hands-on leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food and beverage activities.
* Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Monitor weekly inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
* Support and execute food and beverage marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience in managing a bar and knowledge of licensed premises management requirements is essential. Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols is also required.
