Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling quotation and purchase enquiries, and meeting weekly targets for revenue, abandonment rate, and conversion.
* Manage incoming calls on our inbound phone line
* Handle quotation and purchase enquiries
* Meet and exceed weekly targets for revenue, abandonment rate, and conversion
* Use consultative sales techniques to understand customers' insurance needs and provide compliant product support
* Closing sales and ensuring accurate customer information capture and maintenance in our CRM
* Partner with the Outbound team to schedule and hand over customer call backs efficiently
* Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to improve sales processes
* Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure customers are directed to the right resource for their needs
* Operate effectively during busy periods while proactively supporting the wider sales function during quieter times
* Strong background in a high volume phone role
* Experience working to targets in a driven inbound or proactive outbound sales environment
* Excellent record of exceeding targets
* Ability to build rapport over the telephone with strong communication skills
* Forge strong relationships with customers and prospect customers
* Understand the importance of adding value to customers and prospects
* Dynamic and probing question asking skills to uncover needs (and latent needs)
